With over 12 years' in the health industry, gaining experience in a corporate setting and becoming a mom...
I finally found the gap.
Earlier in my career, I knew how to optimize health and fitness, but I couldn't relate to my executive corporate clients.
It wasn't until I started working in the corporate world that I was surrounded by colleagues and bosses who were exactly like my old clients... even my healthy habits were starting to slip.
More stress, less sleep, more eating out, less meal prep, more working hours, less working out. I had no energy or patience to show up for the most important relationships.
Healthy habits to improve overall health and wellness are simple; they're not easy.
For someone like me, it always felt effortless because I'm so passionate about it, but two seasons in my life gave me a fresh perspective on the perceived simplicity - starting a corporate career and becoming a mother.
Suddenly, my passion for wellness, knowing what to do and how to do it, wasn't enough.
I needed to develop new strategies and implement new systems to prioritize my overall well-being while I was a corporate, soon-to-be mom working on my MBA, then after as a stay-at-home & work-from-home mom hybrid.
The gap is an integrative approach. An approach that integrates all the components of wellness with the messiness and busyness of modern life.
My mission is to help you redefine wellness and redesign your life so you can perform at your best without sacrificing your well-being.
What do I mean by perform? That's for you to define! It can be how you show up as a boss, a spouse, a parent or a friend, or while you're hiking, skiing or playing golf.
